The region is comprised of four departments in the Languedoc-Roussillon: Pyrénées-Orientales, Aude, Hérault and Gard. A rich combination of steep slopes, hilly peaks and vineyards dotted with wild herbs, the Pays d’Oc is home to very diverse soils: sandy, limestone, schist, clay, and gravel. Grenache and Cinsault thrive in the windswept soils and Mediterranean climate.Winemaker Notes: Alcohol: 13% Harvested at night, the grapes were gently pressed immediately to ensure optimal color, and the juice was fermented at 16°C in stainless steel vats to preserve the fresh fruit flavors.Pairs With: Pairs stunningly with shellfish, grilled meats, salmon, sushi, charcuterie, pizza, creamy sauces, mild cheeses and spiced dishes such as Asian or Latin cuisine.

E. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Globuzz does not take responsibility for minor damage. 

F. Globuzz is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling. 

G. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

H. If the package is returned to Globuzz damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order. 

I. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
