Long before the climate of the Carneros American Viticultural Area (AVA) was recognized as ideal for growing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Acacia’s pioneering founders were convinced of it. Their goal when they launched Acacia was to achieve a certain balance in Pinot Noir that, at the time, existed only in French wines. They wanted to make a single-vineyard California Pinot Noir that was both complex and delicate—a wine that heightened the enjoyment of food, making everything a little more delicious.Today, that quality is what draws aficionados and novices alike to Acacia wines. It’s what has helped put Carneros on the map. And it’s what continues to inspire winemaking at Acacia after more than 30 years, from the ferocious belief in the possibility of this place to the artistry of capturing its essence in a glass.

The A by Acacia Rosé captures the intense fruitiness of the deliciously ripe grapes. We chose the blend to highlight summery flavors—strawberry, watermelon, wild cherry and cranberry to make a perfectly balanced rosé. Hints of mineral and hibiscus flower tea add complexity, while the ripe, juicy flavors give the impression of sweetness, yet the wine is dry. This European-style rosé wine circles the globe in food pairings: Spanish tapas and paella; grilled sausages with ratatouille or salade niçoise from the south of France; Thai chicken salad; or a picnic of Northwest smoked salmon with organic greens, hazelnuts and fresh blueberries.

E. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Globuzz does not take responsibility for minor damage. 

F. Globuzz is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling. 

G. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

H. If the package is returned to Globuzz damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order. 

I. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
