Tenuta di Salviano produces Orvieto Classico and international blends from the Umbrian hillsVineyards are recently planted and winemaking facilities are state-of-the-art.Nestled among Umbria’s rolling hills on the southern bank of Lake Corbara, the Salviano property is owned by Incisa della Rocchetta family, owners of legendary Sassicaia.SALVIANO AND THE TITIGO ESTATEThe Salviano estate occupies 4,940 acres surrounding Lake Corbara and the banks of the Tiber River in the heart of the Orvieto DOC production zone. Salviano is part of the Titigo estate, a much larger property under the same ownership, located across the lake in the medieval village of the same name. Built in A.D. 937, the Titigo castle and its court grew by the 17th century to include the village and the surrounding land, including the Salviano castle and its property. The Titigo castle has recently benefited from extensive renovations, with its main buildings refurbished to include guest accommodations and a restaurant.WINEGROWING AT SALVIANOThe Salviano vineyards are planted to Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Trebbiano Toscano (Procanico clone) and Grechetto, and extend over 173 acres. These newly planted vineyards of indigenous and international varieties produce excellent-quality red and white wines, from the classic Orvieto Classico Superiore to progressive luxury red blends.Salviano’s state-of-the-art vinification and cellaring facilities are located in the Salviano castle on Lake Corbara. Stainless steel vats are used for the fermentation of both white and red wines and barrel aging takes place in a cellar excavated from the tufa limestone beneath the property.
Bright and refreshing with aromas of white flowers and flavors of tropical fruit. There is also a strong, but pleasant mineral component that is very evident on the palate providing complexity and mouth feel.

F. Globuzz is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
G. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
H. If the package is returned to Globuzz damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
