We take supremo agaves and bake them in traditional brick ovens using locomotive-style steam to heat. Once fully cooked, they are unloaded and crushed using a tahona (large wheel made of volcanic stone). The collected juice is then wild fermented, which means we do not add any yeast, we just let nature run its course -unlike others, we’re not in any rush and prohibition-style tequileros certainly did not have the modern ability to use lab-made commercial yeasts to speed up the process. Once fermented, it is distilled twice in alambique stills, then the hearts and a significant part of the tail of the distillate are collected and bottled at still strength.

F. Globuzz is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling. 

G. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

H. If the package is returned to Globuzz damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order. 

I. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws. 

J. Globuzz does not ship to P.O. boxes under any circumstances.
