Medalla Real Gran Reserva was created in 1983 in honor of the Marqués de Casa Real, Francisco García Huidobro, who established Chile’s first mint and is one of the ancestors of the family that founded Viña Santa Rita. To commemorate the bicentennial of this event, a special medallion was minted with his silhouette and the symbol of the Royal Spanish Crown. Our Medalla Real Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is from our certified sustainable estate vineyards in Maipo valley, one of the world’s fines wine regions. This beautiful wine has been aged for 14 months in French oak barrels and displays a deep ruby-red color. Its fragrant aroma evokes black fruits and cooking spices. On the palate the body is rich with ripe, smooth tannins.

Tasting Notes

The concentrated palate offers well-rounded ripe tannins that create the prominent backbone that leads the wine on to a long, lingering finish. It is a wine that shows the Alto Jahuel potential for the Cabernet Sauvignon variety.

F. Globuzz is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling. 

G. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

H. If the package is returned to Globuzz damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order. 

I. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
