Meaning "twin," La Gemella was created to honor the winemaker's mother, Maria, who is a twin herself and a lover of Barbera. Expressive floral tones of wild rose, fresh berries and crushed mineral. Full-bodied layers of blueberry, licorice, and earth are perfectly balanced. A vibrancy of acid, silky tannins, and lengthy finish contribute to the outstanding quality. Aged for 1 year in tini and bottle. Will offer ideal drinking over the next 2-3 years.

The plant of a new vineyard with a higher plant density is born. The goal, then achieved over time is a wine with a great concentration, a particular amiability and a nose with a clear and intense red fruit. The acidity that accompanies the concentration makes the wine extremely elegant and fascinating. La Barbera d'Alba La Gemella also expresses its best potential in the hottest years.

E. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Globuzz does not take responsibility for minor damage. 

F. Globuzz is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling. 

G. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

H. If the package is returned to Globuzz damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order. 

I. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
